New York NY Fresh Deli was founded in 2001 as a subsidiary of Uptown Restaurant Group, Inc. When Uptown was sold in July of 2002, our president believing that the company and its concept had a bright future acquired New York Subs Franchising Corporation (now New York New York Franchising, Inc.).

Since that day the company’s focus has been to offer in our restaurants the best New York Style Hot subs and fresh made Gourmet Sandwiches that money can buy. Since that day in August 2002 our team of seasoned veterans has been committed to building this organization into one of the nations premiere players in the specialty sandwich industry.

Realizing Our Dream Our dream of growing that first couple of stores into a national brand name is swiftly becoming a reality. There are now New York NY Fresh Deli and New York Subs Fresh Deli restaurants franchises in seventeen states, and we have recently gone international with restaurants scheduled to be developed throughout the middle east.
